
Bailarina capoeira
1- Why did you start Capoeira?
I started Capoeira when I was studying ballet in college and I wanted to try something different to help me with my dancing.
2- Why do you like Capoeira?
I like it because it doesn’t matter who you are , what age you are, what level of fitness you have, Capoeira is for everyone!
3- Do you do any other sports?
Capoeira is my only sport but it’s allows me to stay fit through exercise, stretching, dancing, acrobatics! There’s no limit!
4- How often do you train?
I’m pregnant right now, so I am focusing on practicing playing the berimbau!
5- What’s a typical session like?
Sweaty! Haha.. a great full body workout!
6 – What’s your favorite thing about Capoeira?
My favourite thing about Capoeira is the family it has given me from all over the world!
